Heidy's Friend and Family

Heidy Michelle Rojas Bido

Heidy Michelle has a very kind heart.  She is 11 yrs old and was born 29^th July 1999.  She lives with her grandmother Hilda Catalina De Rosario Coco, the director of the school.  Therefore she is very smart.  Hilda has been married for 27 years.  When Hilda’s son was 16 yrs old, his 12 yrs old girlfriend gave birth to Heidy.  Hilda became Heidy’s guardian instantly.

The house Heidy lives in belongs to Hilda and her husband; therefore they do not pay rent. They also live with Hilda’s mother in law who is 80 yrs old, and enjoys a cigar once in a while.  There are 4 other children living in the house and 3 adults.  Hilda’s husband bought a billiard table 20 yrs ago that is outside her front door, and the community use the table.  Her bathroom was the only bathroom out of 60 homes that I came across that had a sink.

Heidy goes to school in the afternoons for 3 hours and is in the 3^rd grade.  She suffers from Asthma. Heidy wants to be a ballerina or a nurse when she grows up.
